Your diet is not only what you eat. It’s what you watch, what you listen to, what you read, the people you hang around... be mindful of the things you put into your body emotionally, spiritually and physically.

Educational Classes & Toxic Load Reduction

Our lives are demanding more from us and the effects of stress on our bodies - in mind, body, and spirit is increasing.

When we live in a state of stress it causes a ripple effect through our heart, brain, and body called fight or flight.  When we live in this state we are unable to access our natural healing ability most effectively. Our body continues to send messages that we are not safe, that we need to be "ready" for whatever is coming next and locks us into a chronic revved up state. Because of this constant state over time the body begins to show symptoms of disease.

Reducing this fight or flight response allows us to move into rest and repair where the body can access its natural ability to self-correct and move back into health.

Reducing our toxic load on a daily basis is one way to help move our body back into the rest and repair state more often.

A toxic load largely comes from chemicals, food and negative emotional states.
